Retail Supervisor

Lead day-to-day store operations as part of the Store Leadership Team, overseeing associate-level staff and ensuring proper procedures that support an excellent in-store customer experience. Provide training, coaching, and guidance; supervise assigned departments and support store profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing. Maintain store culture and company standards, collaborate with store leadership on policies and standards, and resolve operational issues.
