Job Summary

Administer and oversee Raytheon Special Access Programs (SAPs) Personnel Security Center security policies to ensure compliance with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), DoDM 5205.07, SEADs, and ICD-705. Process Pre-Screening Questionnaires, manage security reviews and inspections, update security databases, and investigate security infractions to recommend corrective actions. Provide guidance to subcontractors and develop local SOPs for personnel security processing and classified information control.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, review, and administer SAP security policies to ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, SEADs, and ICD-705.
•Administer security procedures for personnel security processing, document/material marking and control, security education, visitor control, destruction of classified, and physical security.
•Process assigned Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQs), report required information to customers, and update computer databases with security information.
•Develop, prepare, and implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as related to the role.
•Conduct internal reviews and/or support government inspections; investigate security violations and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•U.S. citizenship is required, and an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience with Microsoft Products.
•Experience with SAP and/or SCI programs as a security professional, or experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, and/or ICD 705.
•Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, SEADs, and ICD 705 as they relate to operating in a classified environment.
