Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and ship highly performant, reliable systems in production environments.
  • •Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment with ownership over building, tuning, and evolving AI agents.
  • •Partner with leaders at large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and scale AI agents across their operations.
  • •Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape Sierra's core platform and future of AI agent development.
  • •Surface unmet needs and prototype tools/features to advance Sierra’s platform and agent frameworks.
