Key Responsibilities

  • •Present a competitive GIFT City IWPB proposition to improve market share and support cross-sell revenue.
  • •Drive business growth across banking, deposits, investments, and wealth solutions for GIFT City.
  • •Develop and execute corridor-specific strategies and engage corridor ecosystems aligned with NRI/HNI/UHNI segments.
  • •Build and manage relationships with international offices and overseas branches, including conducting market visits, roadshows, and client engagement.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end referred business onboarding and documentation facilitation, and track pipeline, conversions, and revenue outcomes against targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Post Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • •8–10 years of experience in business development, relationship management, international banking, wealth management, or cross-border business.
  • •Strong exposure to NRI/offshore client segments, international corridors, or global banking products.
  • •High comfort with travel and external stakeholder engagement.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
