Loan Servicing Specialist

Collect and manage past-due consumer loan payments by contacting customers via mail and telephone, administering incoming remittances, and calculating payment amounts and loan payoffs. Handle loan servicing inbound calls, process administrative payment and credit verification transactions, and support loan participation reconciliation and audit verifications. Complete required BSA/AML and compliance training while maintaining safe, attentive performance in an office environment.
