•Act as the central product driver for an underwriting ecosystem, optimizing automation for large small-business credit lines.
•Orchestrate end-to-end document collection and data pipelines, including automating client outreach.
•Optimize the Ease intake portal and route critical financial data to underwriters.
•Partner with a dedicated engineering squad to maximize efficiency and build intelligent workflows.
•Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment to slash underwriting turnaround times.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing (required by the scheduled start date).
•Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in any field plus at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
•Demonstrated ability to use AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.
•Ability to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
•Proficiency across human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership product management foundations.
