Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively generate new business by prospecting for deposits, lending, treasury management, merchant services, and other banking solutions.
  • •Meet with prospects to build COI relationships and close new business opportunities to grow client base and revenue.
  • •Build and maintain a robust centers of influence network (e.g., CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate agents) to drive referrals.
  • •Retain and manage clients by deepening relationships and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • •Collaborate with the Business Banking Client Service team and ensure compliance with Capital One credit policy while evaluating and mitigating risk.

Salary: USD 149,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of Business Banking experience.
  • •5 years Business Banking experience (preferred).
