Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers enabling rapid hardware development through test across thermal, fluids, environmental chambers, structural, vibration, and dynamic testing.
  • •Own development-focused thermal chamber capabilities (HASS/HALT) and scale up TVAC, including hardware, fixturing, profiles, instrumentation, controls/dashboards, and safety.
  • •Oversee structural, vibration, pressure, and related mechanical test setup including boundary conditions and schematics/CONOPS.
  • •Act as technical decision maker and advisor; coach and develop direct reports and set clear goals.
  • •Design and implement cross-functional testing solutions and GSE (fixtures, automated test equipment, and facilities infrastructure).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or another engineering discipline.
  • •3+ years of hands-on design, analysis, build, and test.
  • •2+ years leading a product development, manufacturing engineering, or project team.
  • •Experience with CAD and/or FEA/FEM.
  • •Experience with development test, environmental test, qualification, and/or installation & test.
