Key Responsibilities

  • •Own governance cadence end-to-end: scheduling, agendas, papers, and outcomes, and track actions to closure while escalating delivery risks.
  • •Maintain sector trackers and registers, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and build reports and dashboards to surface trends, risks, and insights.
  • •Maintain the Defence SharePoint site and lead framework compliance by interpreting requirements, preparing evidence, and pre-empting gaps.
  • •Support Defence sector event and campaign planning and deliverables, including timelines, budgets, and development of case studies and external collateral.
  • •Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, maintain risk/issue/opportunity logs, and support internal and client audit readiness with evidence collation and response actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in operations or PMO roles within Defence, engineering, construction, or consulting with clear ownership of outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to make judgement calls in ambiguous situations and design and implement process improvements.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to secure buy-in for cross-sector process changes.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce (or equivalents), including building dashboards and deriving insights.
  • •Experience coaching peers or new starters and creating practical guidance such as playbooks, SOPs, and training.
