Maintenance Manager - Decatur

Lead maintenance operations for the Trinity, Alabama terminal, managing a 16-person maintenance team and overseeing safety, quality, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Direct crane, conveyor, electrical, and mechanical repairs across bulk material handling assets, including training and certifying personnel. Build schedules, maintain accurate records and reporting for payroll/time, manage spare parts, and collaborate with terminal management to plan and execute maintenance effectively.
