Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and process medical insurance quotes for SME clients, including review, processing within turnaround time, and coordination with sales on adjustments.
  • •Follow up with insurers on quote status and escalate to the team leader when necessary.
  • •Maintain Salesforce CRM dashboards and records for quote/TOC tracking.
  • •Prepare tables of comparison (TOCs) within agreed turnaround time and process TOC changes and remarks with sales.
  • •Update Bayzat systems and documentation for insurer product and TOC changes, and support sales communication and training on product and network updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of work experience with a medical insurance broker or insurance company (advantage).
