Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests, intake/triage, and clearly scope deliverables with deadlines and constraints.
  • •Brief designers with unambiguous specifications and manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across teams.
  • •Perform quality assurance on print and digital deliverables, checking brand, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, file formats, and platform specs.
  • •Document and organize event assets, briefs, and final deliverables in a shared drive with reusable structures and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
  • •Sharp attention to detail as the last line of defense before deliverables ship.
  • •Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers.
