Key Responsibilities

  • •Support international sales activities as a strategic, high-level technical pre-sales resource.
  • •Lead pre-sales design reviews and provide technical guidance and authority to Field Systems Engineers.
  • •Participate with SE peers to lead secure IP network design/architecture using Fortinet’s product line.
  • •Provide training at events worldwide and mentor SE specialists within virtual teams.
  • •Write white papers and high-level technical documentation; collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to qualify and develop critical features.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience designing, building, and supporting advanced security solutions in a customer-facing role.
  • •Hands-on expertise in networking and software security, including understanding of networking technologies.
  • •Deep understanding of information security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and VPNs, including associated protocols and standards.
  • •Ability to assess customer environments and articulate and present best-fit technical solutions.
  • •CISSP and/or CISM plus vendor-specific security certifications; bilingual Spanish and English.
