Job Summary

Provide expert guidance on enterprise single-family credit risk and underwriting policy frameworks, ensuring they align with strategy, appropriate risk tolerance, and applicable regulatory guidance. Lead policy alignment across digital initiatives, support policy change assessments and implementation planning, and advise internal teams on regulatory interpretation. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Single-Family business teams, and risk partners to ensure policies are well-governed, communicated, and responsive to emerging risks and market trends.

•Refine enterprise single-family credit risk and underwriting policies.
