Job Summary

Lead Site Reliability Engineering across the company by building SLO/SLA, incident and MTTR/MTTD measurement, and automated fault detection, diagnosis, and recovery. Drive reliability change control (canary releases, impact assessment, rollback) and establish data-driven FinOps cost governance with capacity planning, showback, and an automated cost optimization engine. Build automated ops/maintenance with GitOps/IaC, AIOps, and self-service operations, while strengthening multi-region and compliance-grade network isolation.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish a company-wide reliability engineering system: define SLO/SLA reliability indicators, error-budget-driven investment rhythm, and optimize MTTR/MTTD through grading goals.
•Build automated fault self-healing capabilities and promote chaos engineering through regular fault drills to identify system weak links.
•Develop cost governance and FinOps practices: cost visualization/attribution/optimization loop, capacity planning, showback, cost efficiency metrics, and industry benchmarking.
•Implement automated operations and maintenance with toil elimination, GitOps/IaC, PR-driven infrastructure changes, and drift detection/repair.
•Design and operate financial-grade cloud isolation and multi-compliance station deployment, including network isolation (multi-account/VPC/regions) and zero-trust micro-segmentation.

Key Requirements

•More than 10 years of experience in infrastructure/operations/SRE, including more than 5 years leading an SRE/infra team of 10+ people.
•Deep understanding of SRE practices (SLO/SLI/Error Budget, Toil Management, Capacity Planning, Incident Management).
•Large-scale cost management experience, including managing environments with annual cloud spending exceeding $5 million.
•Practical, systematic FinOps experience using data-driven cost optimization and capacity modeling based on business metrics (e.g., QPS/TPS/users).
•Proficient in IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and experienced with automated operations/maintenance (including AIOps).
