Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow Aon’s Aviation insurance portfolio, driving strategic initiatives in General Aviation and Airline sectors.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining and expanding deep, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • •Lead complex placements and negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and Aon.
  • •Cultivate strong relationships with underwriters, insurers, and key market stakeholders to enhance Aon’s market position and influence.
  • •Maintain extensive relationships with key underwriters, insurers, and market influencers in London and globally.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in Aviation insurance broking, underwriting, or risk advisory in General Aviation, Airlines or Banks & Leasing
  • •Proven track record in managing large, complex client portfolios
  • •Deep understanding of Aviation insurance products, risk management, and market/regulatory dynamics
  • •Ability to lead client and broking teams, communicate effectively, and negotiate for strategic outcomes
  • •Strong business development skills and capability to identify new opportunities
