Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy deployment (using Hoshin Kanri) and adoption on the shopfloor for San Diego & Korea factories, translating leadership priorities into clear factory goals, KPIs, and initiatives
  • •Facilitate Hoshin Kanri strategy sessions and structured problem solving, tracking progress and ensuring follow-through with factory leadership
  • •Lead 1–2 cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end, defining problems, structuring approaches, and delivering measurable business impact
  • •Drive maturity of strategy deployment and performance management for Operational Excellence maturity across sites
  • •Scale and standardize the operating system across San Diego & Korea factories

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or other lean certificates from reputable organizations (ASQ for instance) are strongly preferred
  • •PMP certification strongly preferred
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in Operational Excellence related role in manufacturing
  • •At least 5 years focus on strategy deployment and driving enterprise level projects
