Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and define overall cloud architecture and provide input into design and operational activities using best practices tailored to USSTRATCOM needs.
  • •Integrate application, server, network security, and government requirements including FISMA, FedRAMP, and ATO processes.
  • •Support product evaluation and selection, and provide architecture expertise to develop products and deliverables for transition to a cloud hosting model.
  • •Conduct research and evaluate market trends and preferred architectural approaches to ensure solutions meet services and agency needs.
  • •Assist in eliminating gaps or inconsistencies across initial solution, architectural design, deliverables, and benefits/messaging artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience with cloud architecture and hybrid environments.
  • •Current/active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI status.
  • •BS degree (or substituted by additional years of experience).
  • •Required certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation (within 9 months) and 8140 Certification.
  • •Experience with AWS and Azure plus federal security/compliance frameworks including FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF, and ATO processes.
