Job Summary

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure as part of a 24x7 CloudOps team. Operate and optimize AWS/GCP/Azure environments, build production infrastructure using Terraform, and continuously improve automation with scripting and CI/CD. Own monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Datadog/Prometheus/ELK, and participate in rolling on-call rotation for incident response and troubleshooting. Cross-skill across clouds to support a multi-cloud strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure for high availability and performance.
•Design, build, and maintain production-grade infrastructure using Terraform as the primary provisioning tool.
•Participate in 24x7 rolling on-call rotation for critical incident response, troubleshooting, and production support.
•Eliminate manual operational bottlenecks through scripting (Python, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
•Maintain and enhance observability using monitoring, logging, and alerting systems such as Datadog, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of professional experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
•Advanced production experience with Terraform (modules, state management, workspaces).
•Hands-on cloud architecture and operations knowledge in at least one major platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
•Strong Linux/Unix administration and infrastructure scripting with Python, Go, or Bash.
•Availability for a 24x7 operational environment, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations.
