•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs’ core values.
•Assist in store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Adhere to Crocs policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility in your schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Use a team-first approach and have a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise to and from the backroom and sales floor using appropriate equipment.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
