Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the Tokyo office.
•Provide variance analysis and performance reporting to business stakeholders.
•Create financial models to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
•Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
•Assist month-end close and financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate results.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; 3+ years of FP&A experience.
•Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
•Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability to build and interpret complex models.
•Experience with FP&A tools and BI dashboards; ability to communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
•Proficiency in English; Japanese language skills preferred for business operations in Tokyo.
