Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the Tokyo office.
  • •Provide variance analysis and performance reporting to business stakeholders.
  • •Create financial models to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
  • •Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  • •Assist month-end close and financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; 3+ years of FP&A experience.
  • •Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • •Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability to build and interpret complex models.
  • •Experience with FP&A tools and BI dashboards; ability to communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
  • •Proficiency in English; Japanese language skills preferred for business operations in Tokyo.
