Job Summary

As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2), you’ll maintain clients’ IT infrastructure by proactively monitoring, investigating, and resolving incidents and problems. Manage work queues and handle requests within SLAs, updating tickets with documented actions. Execute changes with proper risk mitigation, audit ticket quality, recommend improvements, and support automation efforts. You’ll collaborate with L1 engineers, other teams, and clients, and assist with disaster recovery testing when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve incidents and technical problems.
•Manage work queues and address incidents/requests within agreed SLAs, updating tickets with actions taken.
•Execute and document changes with risk mitigation, supporting change management processes.
•Audit incident and request tickets for quality, recommend improvements, and identify automation opportunities.
•Handle client escalations, collaborate with teams for second-level support, and assist with disaster recovery functions and tests when needed.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Proficiency in planning activities and projects, adapting to changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
