Job Summary

Lead R&D efforts to develop new products that meet target standards, regulations, and performance goals while reducing costs. Validate product performance and reliability through lab testing aligned to an HRE test plan and relevant ISO/EGAC standards. Create and validate engineering/production BOMs and routing, manage product specifications and drawings, benchmark competitors, and support qualified suppliers for materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply company safety, health, and environmental procedures and policies.
•Lead development of new products to meet standards and regulations and improve current product design for performance, cost, and after-sales/maintenance.
•Lead testing of products to validate performance and reliability and follow the lab testing plan to achieve ISO & EGAC standards.
•Create and validate engineering and production BOMs; validate routing based on production data and operational excellence.
•Manage product specs, drawings, and document control/archiving; benchmark competitors and support qualified suppliers for materials.

Key Requirements

•Good knowledge of AC cooling cycle and main components.
•Basic knowledge of lab testing and relevant standards.
