Serve as a senior HR advisor to support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and business units within Investments, translating HR strategy into practical solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the senior-most HR consultant supporting the HRBP, acting as delegate and advisor within assigned business units.
•Partner with business units and HR Relationship Management (HRRM) to design and deliver HR strategies that support business objectives and associate engagement.
•Lead and execute strategic HR projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders and Centers of Expertise (COEs).
•Consult as an expert across organizational development and change management, performance and career development, compensation strategy and total rewards, talent management and succession planning, and DEI initiatives.
•Provide senior-level counsel on HR policies and sensitive people decisions, using HR analytics and dashboards to identify trends and recommend data-driven interventions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
•8+ years of relevant HR generalist or HR consulting experience supporting senior leaders and business partners in financial services, asset management, professional services, or similar corporate environments.
•Demonstrated expertise in at least two core HR areas: org design, performance, compensation, talent, D&I, or complex employee relations.
•Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
•Provide senior-level HR counsel across policies, best practices, and sensitive people decisions with sound judgment and discretion.
