Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and support project success criteria across time, cost, quality, and performance.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; monitor project finances with the project quantity surveyor team.
  • •Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams and coordinate communication across stakeholders.
  • •Maintain project governance, processes, and systems; prepare formal progress reports and documentation.
  • •Act as key point of contact for clients and consultants, manage change control, ensure compliance with quality/safety/health/environment standards, and capture learnings in internal knowledge systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience managing industrial projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Fluency in English and strong communication and leadership skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
