Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned major venue projects from concept through completion, driving day-to-day decisions on scope, phasing, budget, and schedule.
  • •Lead planning, design coordination, and construction execution while delivering projects on time and on budget under operational and financial constraints.
  • •Provide West Coast portfolio leadership with governance, consistent delivery standards, reporting cadence, KPIs, and executive visibility.
  • •Maintain executive ownership of project budgets and forecasts; review and present consolidated cost reporting, financial performance, and risk exposure to senior leadership.
  • •Mentor and lead Project Managers and senior project staff across the region, ensuring risk management, quality, safety, and compliance with codes and permitting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • •10+ years delivering construction and development projects, including 5+ years leading large-scale projects; entertainment/live-venue/hospitality experience preferred.
  • •Proven record delivering major venue construction/renovation projects on time and on budget.
  • •Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing Project Managers and cross-functional project staff.
  • •Expertise with scheduling and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Procore; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
