Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, resource needs, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Identify and qualify project delivery resources, lead RFPs and bid analysis, and recommend resources to clients based on evaluation interviews.
  • •Implement communication plans and project documentation governance; ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely documentation; facilitate project meetings.
  • •Supervise progress vs. goals, objectives, budgets, and timelines; report status/variances; implement change management, risk mitigation, and contingency action plans.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience and/or training required.
  • •Experience in project management and construction procedures and best practices.
  • •Class A Financial or Professional Services Sector experience helpful.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) to complete role administrative tasks.
  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
