Job Summary

Lead the roll-out of the Traditional Trade Value Management programme across markets in Asia and CEE&I. You’ll deploy and continuously improve the programme and operating model, ensure data availability, and embed VM capabilities such as pack/price architecture, promo analytics, and pricing scenario modelling over 6–9 months per market. Work as a project resource with partners and partner teams, drive change management, and support local teams from setup to commercial action plan.

Key Responsibilities

•Head the Traditional Trade Programme roll-out across Asia and CEE&I, ensuring successful implementation with partners.
•Deploy and continuously improve VM programmes and frameworks using markets’ feedback to raise capability levels.
•Prepare new markets by setting operating model and data availability, then implement and follow through for 6–9 months.
•Design future operating model and governance for Traditional Trade markets, including processes and resources.
•Develop and embed VM capability frameworks (e.g., pack/price architecture, promo analytics, pricing scenario modelling) and support local teams from technical setup to commercial action plan.

•Experience working with internal (e.g., P&L) and external data structures (e.g., Nielsen, point-of-sales data).
