Key Responsibilities

•Wash flats and sanitize equipment and set & hatch halls
•Set eggs by lifting 30-pound trays and placing them into 100° incubators
•Transfer eggs using egg buggies to vaccination table and then to the hatcher
•Assist Lead Person with vaccine mixing according to management guidelines
•Ensure transfer cracks are kept within an acceptable range

Key Requirements

•Must be able to lift and place 30-pound egg trays into incubators; training provided for safety and process steps
•Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach continuously throughout shifts
•Demonstrated dexterity for fine motor tasks and equipment handling
•Willingness to work in a wet, humid environment and wear PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, gloves)
•Team-oriented with good reliability and safety awareness
