Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the transition from the legacy risk assessment framework to RCSA across enterprise communications and marketing technology processes.
  • •Partner with business teams to scope and refine the RCSA inventory across business units for consistency and alignment.
  • •Advise the organization as new RCSA practices are adopted and help leaders operate confidently within an enhanced risk environment.
  • •Ensure adherence to the evolving risk assessment framework for change management and new business initiatives.
  • •Implement AI-leveraged solutions to enhance control monitoring and analytics and automate/semi-automate risk identification and assessment activities.
  • •Translate risk assessment insights into actionable recommendations to enhance control design and operational resilience; partner to identify emerging risks and recommend control enhancements early in product lifecycles.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of operational risk or compliance management experience within Risk and/or Internal Audit, with knowledge of risk management frameworks and lifecycle activities.
  • •Proficiency in process governance, establishing decision-making processes aligned with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends (including via AI tools), and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
  • •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics to modernize risk management practices, improving risk identification, monitoring, and control effectiveness.
  • •Proven project management and communication skills, including ability to interact with and obtain buy-in from senior business/tech stakeholders.
