Job Summary

Support PMO and project controls delivery across UK&I Transport & Infrastructure projects by setting up projects in Horizon/ERP, configuring budgets and baseline structures, and managing task/work orders. Prepare cost, forecast, risk, and performance reporting packs and dashboards, maintain accurate ERP data, and support governance, invoicing, and application for payments. Coordinate closely with PMs, PMO leads, commercial teams, and senior consultants to keep project controls documentation consistent and auditable.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project setup and mobilisation in Horizon/ERP systems, including project codes, WBS/task structures, cost centres, budget lines, and task/work orders.
•Set up budgets and baselines and track approved budgets, forecasts, commitments, and cost movements to support cost performance and variances.
•Manage task order/work order setup, tracking, amendments, and close-out status, ensuring accurate reflection in project controls trackers, reports, and ERP systems.
•Prepare and maintain project controls reporting packs and dashboards for cost, forecasts, budgets, task order status, risks/issues, KPIs, and overall performance; support AfPs and monthly invoicing.
•Maintain and reconcile ERP/Horizon project data, supporting reporting, financial control, governance, and resolution of data inconsistencies; support risk/issue/change registers and PMO governance compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
•Master’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management.
•5–8 years of experience in project controls, PMO, project support, or project reporting roles.
•Experience working in a professional services, engineering, infrastructure, or consultancy environment.
•Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with attention to detail for structured project data.
