Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project setup and mobilisation in Horizon/ERP, including project structures, cost centres, budget lines, and task/work order setup.
  • •Assist with budget setup, baselines, tracking forecasts/commitments, and monitoring cost performance and variances.
  • •Support task order/work order management across the project lifecycle, ensuring data is accurately reflected in trackers, reports, and ERP.
  • •Prepare and maintain project controls reports and dashboards, and support periodic PMO reporting packs and Application for Payments/invoicing.
  • •Use Horizon/ERP for data management: extract, validate, reconcile, and analyse ERP data to maintain accurate, auditable records; support risk/issue/change registers and scheduling inputs where needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Master’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management.
  • •5–8 years of experience in project controls, PMO, project support, or project reporting roles.
  • •Experience in a professional services, engineering, infrastructure, or consultancy environment.
  • •Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with attention to detail for structured project data.
