Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business architects and analysts to capture target business models, ensure traceability to operating model design, and assess change impact.
  • •Develop Target Operating Model (TOM) designs describing the organization, process, and technology needed to deliver target business models.
  • •Analyze current operating models against target models to identify gaps and opportunities for a transition to the target state.
  • •Integrate operating model work with IT strategy/architecture (including Future State Architecture) and align with cross-pillars and new capabilities.
  • •Influence stakeholders and INSP leadership, communicate business architecture clearly, and build an inclusive, high-performing team with coaching and succession plans.
