Job Summary

Manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution, partnering closely with a Regional Lead. Develop and grow the local pipeline by sourcing venues, partners, and collaborators, leading venue negotiations and relationship management. Track financial and operational feasibility through key metrics, support revenue growth by optimizing ticket sales strategies, and analyze business performance including P&L and forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to launch and scale experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with a Regional Lead to develop, launch, and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution.
•Identify and develop new business opportunities by sourcing venues, partners, and collaborators for event concepts.
•Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and build long-term venue partnerships.
•Analyze key metrics to ensure financial and operational feasibility, and track business performance (including P&L and forecasting).
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure successful event launches and smooth operations.
