Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with a Regional Lead to develop, launch, and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution.
  • •Identify and develop new business opportunities by sourcing venues, partners, and collaborators for event concepts.
  • •Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and build long-term venue partnerships.
  • •Analyze key metrics to ensure financial and operational feasibility, and track business performance (including P&L and forecasting).
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure successful event launches and smooth operations.
