Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in handling litigation cases, disputes, and legal claims involving the Bank.
  • •Prepare case files, pleadings, legal briefs, and correspondence for court proceedings.
  • •Liaise with external lawyers, courts, and authorities under the supervision of senior legal staff.
  • •Track litigation matters, court hearings, deadlines, and judgments to ensure timely follow-up.
  • •Assist in reviewing legal notices, claims, and court documents, including supporting execution cases, debt recovery, and enforcement proceedings.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or dispute resolution, with understanding of UAE laws and court procedures.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.

  • •Ability to assist in handling litigation cases, legal claims, and disputes involving the Bank.
  • •Comfort working with UAE court procedures, documentation, and legal correspondence.
