Legal Counsel (UAE National)

Support the Litigation function by assisting with legal disputes, court cases, and coordination with external counsel. Prepare case files, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence for proceedings, and liaise with courts, authorities, and external lawyers under senior legal staff supervision. Track litigation deadlines, hearings, and judgments, review and respond to legal notices and claims, and support enforcement and debt recovery matters while conducting UAE law research.
