Assistant Manager - Distribution Center

Lead end-to-end performance of a 3PL distribution center to achieve tMart DC KPIs, optimize day-to-day operations, and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits. Partner with Demand Planning and cross-functional teams to improve stock availability, forecasting, and waste reduction using root-cause analysis. Own monthly and annual DC P&L review, control costs, and manage workforce planning, coaching, and training for supervisors and frontline teams while ensuring health and safety compliance.
