Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise insurers directly on defended liability claims, including liability and quantum.
  • •Review documents, manage disclosure, and review witness and expert evidence.
  • •Conduct investigations, legal research, and drafting of court documents and applications.
  • •Instruct counsel and experts, prepare trial bundles, and support ADR including mediation.
  • •Engage in settlement negotiations (including Part 36 offers) and provide advocacy by telephone and in person.
