Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate specific equipment, materials, and processes to produce photovoltaic solar modules at required quality and throughput.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance and make simple repairs using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Respond to tool alarms or non-standard conditions, escalate issues that cannot be fixed immediately, and support process control.
  • •Perform basic quality control procedures, recognize quality issues, and ensure proper identification of modules removed from the line.
  • •Maintain inventory levels at point of use, load/unload modules as needed, and provide reporting during shift changes.
