Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis
•Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction
•Carry out purchasing activities to ensure terms favorable to the organization
•Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate prices to ensure smooth procurement operations
•Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages or late deliveries

Key Requirements

•University degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
•German language (C1)
•English language (C1)
•Experience using Microsoft Navision (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects)
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
