Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis
  • •Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • •Carry out purchasing activities to ensure terms favorable to the organization
  • •Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate prices to ensure smooth procurement operations
  • •Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages or late deliveries

Key Requirements

  • •University degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • •German language (C1)
  • •English language (C1)
  • •Experience using Microsoft Navision (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects)
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
