Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve arbitration differences between buyer and seller and ensure customers are aware of sale regulations.
  • •Research and recommend options and resolutions to management for all post-sale issues (e.g., mechanical repairs, transportation costs).
  • •Provide prompt, efficient, courteous customer service and handle customer complaints or disputes.
  • •Enforce and communicate arbitration policy and procedures, ensuring proper follow-through on directives, bulletins, schedules, and accounting.
  • •Coordinate third-party inspections, maintain proper records, and perform related duties such as may perform some accounts receivable responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver license.
  • •At least three (3) years of auto auction experience preferred; one (1) year of mechanical experience and basic mechanical/body shop knowledge preferred.
