Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial accounts and build relationships with client decision-makers.
  • •Run pre-renewal meetings and lead renewal execution from exposure gathering through quote analysis, proposal preparation, and binding coordination.
  • •Coordinate marketing and placement activities with carriers, wholesalers, brokers, and internal teams to secure competitive coverage and pricing.
  • •Analyze quotations and negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms; escalate issues as needed.
  • •Manage endorsements, audits, certificates, binders, policy delivery, and maintain accurate documentation in Epic and related systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • •7+ years of commercial insurance account management experience, preferably with middle market or complex commercial accounts.
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial lines including property, general liability, commercial auto, workers compensation, umbrella/excess, professional liability, cyber, and executive risk.
  • •Experience leading renewal strategy, carrier submissions, coverage comparisons, client proposals, and follow-up.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applied Epic (or comparable agency management systems and carrier portals).
