Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily NPI lot execution across Assembly CR1/CR2/CR3 to support AOut and customer commitment dates.
  • •Monitor lot status (WIP, holds, rework, conversion, disposition), track readiness items, and highlight risks to responsible teams.
  • •Support daily shift operations by tracking tool readiness/downtime impacts, process abnormalities, yield issues, and preparing execution trackers and action logs.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with NPI/NPM, assembly process/equipment, CEM/IPPC, and manufacturing teams, including shift handover information.
  • •Update NPI build information in systems (Omelek/ATPEA/SAP/internal trackers) and ensure compliance with MSB Assembly specifications, safety, and cleanroom protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
  • •0–3 years experience in semiconductor assembly, manufacturing, or operations support.
  • •Familiarity with cleanroom operations is an advantage.
  • •Basic knowledge of NPI flows is preferred.
  • •Comfort working with manufacturing systems and trackers such as SAP, dashboards, and Excel.
