Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure client-site infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
  • •Use monitoring tools to respond to alerts and log incidents with required detail.
  • •Investigate advanced/complex incidents and problems to identify root causes; manage and escalate tickets.
  • •Coordinate with third-party vendors/3rd parties when issues require escalation.
  • •Coach L2 teams and support disaster recovery functions and tests as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience).
  • •Relevant security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security or PCNSE; firewall vendor certifications preferred).
  • •Advanced certification such as CCIE or CISSP is good to have.
  • •Seasoned Managed Services experience handling complex security infrastructure.
  • •Seasoned working knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working with vendors/third parties.
