Job Summary

Provide proactive, third-line security managed services for client infrastructure by preventing and resolving complex incidents, problems, and SLA breaches. Monitor systems, investigate root causes, manage and escalate high-complexity tickets, coordinate with vendors, and continuously improve operational practices through reviews, QA, and automation opportunities. Coach L2 teams and support disaster recovery implementation and testing when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure client-site infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Use monitoring tools to respond to alerts and log incidents with required detail.
•Investigate advanced/complex incidents and problems to identify root causes; manage and escalate tickets.
•Coordinate with third-party vendors/3rd parties when issues require escalation.
•Coach L2 teams and support disaster recovery functions and tests as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience).
•Relevant security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security or PCNSE; firewall vendor certifications preferred).
•Advanced certification such as CCIE or CISSP is good to have.
•Seasoned Managed Services experience handling complex security infrastructure.
•Seasoned working knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working with vendors/third parties.
