Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the Cyber underwriting plan, ensuring strong technical risk selection, pricing discipline, and portfolio optimization.
  • •Underwrite complex and high-value Cyber / Tech PI risks in line with appetite, guidelines, and pricing frameworks, focusing on governance and pipeline management/business development.
  • •Use data, portfolio insights, and market intelligence to inform underwriting decisions, identify trends, and support innovation in products and underwriting approach.
  • •Build and maintain strong broker and customer relationships, serving as a visible and trusted point of contact for Cyber & Tech PI.
  • •Collaborate with the Head of Cyber and leadership to deliver underwriting strategy and provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to colleagues.

  • •Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI Underwriter or Broker, with strong market contacts and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • •Deep understanding of Cyber & Tech PI exposures, controls, coverages, and emerging trends.
  • •Strong technical underwriting skills with commitment to risk quality and governance.
  • •Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret financial information and understand P&L drivers.
