Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze operational financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • •Provide decision support for operational investments and initiatives, including CAPEX and working capital, to drive productivity and operational excellence.

  • •Build financial models and manage financial risks, forecasting and profit planning for the site.
  • •Lead cost accounting and cost/inventory/cash management to achieve efficiency, cost reduction, and operational targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • •5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance, preferably in an international environment.
  • •3-5 years of manufacturing finance experience, focused on cost accounting/plant controlling.
  • •2 years of data analytics experience is preferred.
  • •Fluent German & B2 level English.
