  • •Provide financial analysis for contract renegotiations and partnership renewals/expansions; quantify impact on margin, cash flow, and contract value.
  • •Manage cross-functional execution and lead a team: set standards for models and approvals, prioritize resources, and surface risks early.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years of experience in financial advisory such as investment banking, valuation, transaction advisory, or strategic finance.
  • •Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (e.g., 3-statement modeling, DCF, scenario/sensitivity analysis).
  • •Experience supporting complex deal negotiations or working in a Deal Desk / Pricing / Revenue Operations environment / Corporate Development.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
