•Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP connectivity, including build-vs-buy integration decisions.
•Translate partner and business needs into clear API requirements and specifications, partnering with backend engineers to deliver reliable scalable integrations.
•Manage dependencies with external ERP providers and aggregation platforms, ensuring integrations are production-ready, well-documented, and maintainable.
•Act as primary product contact for ERP connectivity internally and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance while engaging external partners/vendors.
