Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned products through the full lifecycle, including planning, development support, launch execution, in-market management, and end-of-life actions.
  • •Support product line and portfolio planning by identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness and strengthen assortment based on customer needs.
  • •Gather and apply market, customer, end-user, and competitive insights to inform product decisions and portfolio recommendations.
  • •Partner with engineering, operations, quality, sourcing, sales, and marketing to define requirements and deliver products aligned to timing, quality, and cost.
  • •Monitor portfolio performance and support pricing analysis and business cases; prepare stakeholder recommendations and updates.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Product Management experience or a related field, preferably supporting consumer products and durable goods categories.
  • •Experience supporting or managing products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
  • •Ability to interpret data, trends, and financial information to drive business recommendations.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; PowerBI, SAP/BW, Metastorm, Windchill, or Qlikview is a plus.
