Manage executive steering, design deployment playbooks, and ensure rapid time-to-value across Fortune 500 accounts.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Deployment: Work with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives, design the pilot or initial deployment around them, and partner with Technical Account Managers and Product Managers to ensure successful launch and rapid time-to-value.
•Pilot Conversion: Define what must be true to convert a pilot into a full long-term contract or achieve full share of business for the initial use case; own the outcome and coordinate with client leadership to hit milestones.
•Expansion: Identify additional initiatives and use cases for deploying Axle agents; prioritize expansion opportunities, build business cases, and reduce time-to-value for each deployment.
•Client Management: Build deep relationships with clients across their organization, from technical teams to executives, and chart their organization to foster real, fulfilling relationships.
•Run executive steering and QBRs: drive cadence with client senior leadership, align on objectives, review progress, surface risks with options, and enable rapid decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in fast-paced client-facing strategic roles (e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking, Chief of Staff, founding experience, or product/business operations).
•Ability to quickly understand a client’s product, business model, and technology stack and translate that into a deployment strategy.
•Experience leading complex enterprise implementations or deployments with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
•Strong strategic instincts to identify expansion opportunities within accounts and build business cases.
