Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits/offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes with legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external-employee meetings for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality and accurate records.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely compliance and case follow-ups, while driving process improvements and automation.
