HNW Distribution Development Manager

Lead the development and management of a high-net-worth distribution pipeline, partnering with Product, Underwriting, Case Management, Compliance, and Business Risk Control to ensure timely submissions and effective implementation. Drive sales targets with stakeholders, maintain governance and quality standards, and produce regular performance and marketing intelligence reports. Collaborate with internal and external partners to launch new products and customer privileges/services/events while building strategic partnerships.
